5th Grade Heat Energy in the Water Cycle

This week we will be learning more about the role of heat energy in the water cycle.  We have learned that cold and warm water and air behave differently. Warm water and air move faster than the cold air and water that surround them.  Warm air/water rises and cold air/water sink.  Watch this clip from the movie "Finding Nemo" and discuss whether or not you think that EAC that the turtles ride is a cold or warm water current.  Happy watching!
