1st grade: This week students will learn about their next chapter, focusing on changes in matter
2nd grade: Students will experience their first Laurence National Berkeley Lab workshop. They will get to learn about electrical connections during Science Lab class this week
3rd grade: We are staring a new unit this week, the Physical Science Unit. Students will learn what happens to air as it is heated.
4th grade: Due to Veteran’s Day, 4th graders will not have Science this week
5th grade: We are starting a new unit this week, the Life Science Unit. Students will get an overview of the topics we will be covering the next few months, including plant cells, animal cells, circulatory systems, and digestion systems.
SDC: We will review what we have learned the past few weeks about solids, liquids, and gases
